Returns and refunds

Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?

Absolutely! We offer a 14 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re great like that.) So if you need to send it back, just contact shipping@kirbybrowne.com or call +263 772 413 346. If you got it delivered within Greater Harare, we can collect it for free. If your purchase was shipped to you via a courier you can either deliver it to us or we can organise for the courier to collect - please note there will be a charge for this which you will be expected to pay. We will refund your purchase immediate upon receipt of your returned goods in re-sellable condition. Just to note it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money and we will refund less the bank charges incurred.

We’ll either refund the money onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange.

You just need these 3 things:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
  • Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition

And a few more things to note… There are some things we can’t do returns for unless of course they’re faulty. Our website clearly shows which items are excluded. If you're returning an electrical item, it must unused and in its original sealed packaging.

If the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (ie. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop) we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you

During the returns process, we might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was actually supplied by us.
